1. Who we are

Friendszone ("we", "us") operates the Friendszone app and friendszones.net, a platform to help people meet new friends nearby and stay connected with their close circle through shared location, mood status and mutual help requests.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person; impersonation or fake profiles are not allowed.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: harass, threaten or discriminate against other users; post illegal, sexually explicit, or violent content; use the app for commercial solicitation without permission; scrape or misuse other users' data; attempt to bypass privacy or security controls. Violating this may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Location, mood and needs sharing

Location sharing is opt-in, time-limited, and precision-controlled (exact, neighborhood, city, or hidden) — you choose the limit every time you share. Mood and "needs" posts are visible only to the circles you choose. You are solely responsible for what you choose to share and with whom.

6. Matching and chat

Matches are created only on mutual interest. Messages exchanged in chat are between you and the other user; be respectful and report any abuse using the in-app report/block tools.

7. Content ownership

You keep ownership of the photos and content you post. By posting, you grant Friendszone a limited license to display that content within the app to the users you share it with.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

9. Disclaimer

Friendszone is a platform to facilitate introductions and coordination between users. We do not perform background checks on users and are not responsible for the conduct of any user, on or off the platform. Meet new people in public places and use good judgment.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
